We'd like a full since we'd sit on it too to read books at night, and have plenty of space in the room.

If so,what is it called? I ask because I want to get rid of my steel bedframe, but my full size mattresses are in great condition. But I figure if I can get a queen bed that will fit with these mattresses until they run out and I can get queen size mattresses it would be cool so I'm not jus throwing money away. Is it possible?

I want to purchase a queen comferter/bedding set. But i don't want to pay more if i can get a full size bed and mattress that can fit the comforter. So does a queen comforter= a full mattress and bed?
