We our buying our kids bunk beds. The bottom one converts into a couch position. Because of this it is obviously not a regualar mattress, it's an imitation mattress, so it has coil like things inside but it is actually a futon. It feels comfortable on the display, but will it be over time??? Or does the folding mechanims have problems over time???

I cannot decide if I should get my kids bunk beds, regular twin beds or loft beds. I have one boy and one girl (they have their own room) so they don't really need bunk beds but a few friends have suggested bunk beds for extra room for sleepovers. I like loft beds b/c my kids rooms are small and they leave extra space underneath for a bookshelf a desk or just for playing. At what age will they "outgrow" or not want bunk beds or loft beds and prefer a regular "grown up" bed. If your child has a loft bed-do they like it? any advice or opinions would be greatly appreciated!

How to make a bed canopy for my kids bunk bed? I want to make a canopy for my daughters bunk bed to give her a more cozy feel up on the top bunk. How can I make it ... step by step? I know you need a hook and a hoop and fabric but how do you put it together? Or are there any othe techniques? Or anywhere to buy cheap??

My husband and I are expecting a baby girl in September--since we have 2 boys already and only 3 bedrooms-the two boys will move into a room together and our daughter will have her own room. My sons are 3 and 2--are they too young for bunk beds?

we have just brought our sons a triple metal bunk bed...double bed on the bottom single on the top...they are made from metal...we have got them from an advert on a board in a shop and got a bit of a bargain...only thing is they did not have the instructions..we would probably be able to figure it out as we have put together and taken apart beds like this before...but it would be nice if we had the instructions...thanks in advance

Ok - I have big metal bunk beds. White metal. The bottom is full size - the top is twin size. They had 4 screws at each corner of beds and I unscrewed them. I tried lifting the beds out but they are pretty tight in. One corner of the bottom full sized bed budged up. If you look closely you can see the corners or what not. Please help!
